IMM ACCELERATING THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION THROUGH ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality subsidiaries accelerate the digital transformation in their business processes through the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology. IMM’s telecommunication infrastructure and system integrator company İSTTELKOM Inc. launched the initial phase of its robotic automation service in BELBİM Inc. RPA, the robotization of repetitive human actions, increase efficiency in terms of labor and time.

Commenting on the issue, Nihat Narin, İSTTELKOM Inc.’s General Manager, said, “The institutions’ ambition to become part of the digital realm is quite enthusiastic. On that note, with the activities we carried out in the initial stage in finance at BELBİM Inc., we increased the speed of accounting processes up to twenty times. We used to complete the registation of 500 transactions in over thirty hours. Now, with the help of automation, the process takes one and a half hours. By facilitating the employees’ business process, we aim to encourage the utilization of resources in activities with more added value.”
